🔄 Exchanges & Returns

Since our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or change of mind. Please double-check the size guide before placing your order.

We only accept returns for:

Damaged products
Manufacturing errors
Wrong items sent

In these cases, we will provide a free replacement or full refund, including shipping.

🚚 Lost Packages

If your package is lost in transit and not marked as delivered, we will reship it at no cost to you.

If the package is marked as delivered but you didn’t receive it:

Please check with neighbors or your local post office.
Contact your carrier and file a missing package case.
